Our Enrollment Process
(6 Easy Steps)
STEP 1 - Complete your Enrollment Application
STEP 2 - Provide Required Documentation
Guardianship papers (if applicable)
Current Shot Record (or necessary exemption documents)
Scholarship Approval Letter (with the I.D. and award amount)
Records Release Form
Church Reference (a personal reference may be substituted, but is not preferred)
Step 3 - Pay Application Fee (Non-refundable.)

Step 4 - Sign Financial Agreement AND Parent / Student Handbook (Note: Completion of this step will secure your student's seat.)
Step 5 - Complete First Payment
For 2021-2022 School Year, payments are due by August 1st
Step 6 - Attend Mandatory Orientation
For 2021-2022 School Year - Orientation will be virtual on July 26th.
Applications cannot be processed until all documents are received by registrar and the application fee is paid. Failure to provide in full, any of the documents or information requested below is grounds for denied enrollment or immediate dismissal from ACA. Application does not ensure enrollment. ACA evaluates each applicant and decisions are made on the school’s ability to meet the needs of that applicant.
