Expand access to Christian education
Help families navigate rising educational and living costs
Encourage strong student performance and character
Promote healthy school-family partnership
Support families who value Christian education
What is the ACA Scholarship?
The ACA Scholarship is a school funded tuition credit program designed to supplement the Florida State scholarship programs, focusing on academics, behavior and parent partnership. Award amounts can range from 25%-100% of the remaining private pay portion after State Scholarships have been applied, greatly reducing families out of pocket expenses.
Program Structure
Coverage: Awards typically cover between 25%-100% of the "private pay" portion of tuition by crediting the remaining balance after state scholarships are applied.
State Scholarship Requirement: As a condition of eligibility for the ACA Scholarship,
families must apply for and (if awarded) maintain their Florida state scholarship
(FTC/FES-EO/FES-UA) and notify ACA of any status changes.
Application Fee: Applying is no risk as the $45 application processing fee is due only IFyour application is approved.

02
The ACA scholarship is a supplement to the state scholarship. It is an internal school funded program and is NOT a Florida state scholarship program. The ACA Scholarship does not determine eligibility for any Florida scholarship program and does not alter any requirements of the Florida Department of Education or the applicable scholarship funding organization. The state scholarship is applied first, and the ACA Scholarship is then applied to the remaining tuition balance, reducing out-of-pocket expenses.
The awarded amounts for the ACA Scholarship are not payable to the parent or student as cash, refund, rebate, reimbursement, credit balance, or any other direct or indirect payment, and it does not represent a refund or rebate of any Florida scholarship funds.
03
The scholarship award amount may cover up to 25%-100% of the remaining private-pay tuition portion after State Scholarships are applied, depending on family need, eligibility, and available funding.
The scholarship is designed to help cover annual tuition costs and does not cover other items such as lunches, uniforms, athletics fees, extracurricular fees, field trips, or other incidental expenses.
04
Approval is not guaranteed, however there is no risk to apply. A $45 application processing fee is charged ONLY IF the scholarship is awarded. Scholarship awards are based on eligibility, available funding, and program review criteria.
05
To encourage accessibility, the program includes a no-risk application process. There is a simple $45 application processing fee, however this is only charged IF you are accepted into the program. If your application is not approved, the fee is waived and no fee will be charged.
06
At ACA we prioritize individualized growth and working with students and families. If a student receives a D or F, the scholarship may be placed on a probationary status, however as long as the student shows documented improvement and effort and parents are partnering with us to make improvements, they may remain eligible.
07
We believe education is a partnership between the home and the school. Parent engagement options may include:
Volunteering
Participating in PTF
Attending school events
Communicating well with teachers and staff
Supporting the mission and culture of ACA
By engaging with ACA we believe parents can help take "ownership" of the school environment, which benefits every student.
08
Yes. Scholarships may be adjusted or revoked if:
State scholarship eligibility lapses
Academic or behavioral standards are not maintained
Family engagement expectations are not met
Tuition or fee obligations outside the scholarship remain unpaid
